We want you to love your new glasses.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we offer a 7-day return policy.

Please note custom orders, and discounted items are non refundable.

• Returns must have an authorization number. (Contact us via our website, an associate will provide you with this auth number)
• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier.
• Product must be shipped in new condition with all original protective packaging including (boxes, cases, cleaning clothes and any other included accessories)

Frame Of Mind reserves the right to deny any return that does not fully comply with our return policy.

Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
